Gree Nails Free is high performance paste like construction adhesive specially formulated to bond variety of materials like wood, Metals, Stones, Glass, Mirror, Plastics, Rubbers etc without any drilling, nailing or screw required. It will not slump on vertical surfaces. Its non corrosive can be sanded and over painted. Fast curing and extremely high bond strength.
Applications:
Ideal of bonding wood and derived wood products, Chip boards, Plywood, Metal, Concrete, Marble, Ceramics, Fiber Reinforced Plastics, Panels, Acrylics, Bricks, Flooring, Cornices, Skirting, Granites, Stones, Natural Stones etc.
Direction for Use:
1. Application
a. Clean the surface and make sure there is no oil stains left.
b. Cut open the orifice and fit the nozzle, squeeze the adhesive out with a gun.
2. Bonding Process for Light Materials
a. Squeeze the adhesive out and gelatinize in “Z” shape with a 40cm distance, press the materials tightly and then take them apart for several minutes and press them again.
3. Bonding Process for Heavy Materials.
a. Squeeze the adhesive out and gelatinize in a “Z” shape, then fix with clamp or other instruments. Remove the clamp after adhesive dries (about 24 hours). Sticking positions can be adjusted within 20 min. Adhesive will be stronger within 2-3 days, Optimum efficiency will be achieved after 7 days.
